On Stage: Natalie has trained as an actor at the University of Michigan under experts like Brent Wagner, Vince Cardinal, Linda Goodrich, and Cynthia Kortman Westphal. During her training, Natalie appeared in 5 productions, and performed as an understudy to Charity and as the Ponytail Girl in “Sweet Charity.” She has appeared regionally in multiple lead roles at prestigious venues such as the Laguna Playhouse.
Before school, Natalie acted professionally in theaters throughout Southern Virginia and received additional training from the Governor’s School for the Arts.
On Camera: Natalie began her film career acting in the award winning “Final Curtain Call” as the Rockette, Marie, with a heart of gold. Natalie went on to work in film and television in the New York City area where she starred in multiple short films that were featured in numerous festivals. The Pilot ‘Marley for Michigan’, featuring Natalie in a Costar role, is streaming on Amazon Prime. Most recently, Natalie Kastner directed two short films in which she also is featured.
